Week 3

Benteng Heritage Museum is a museum dedicated to Chinese and Tionghoa people around Jakarta. This museum holds the story and history of Chinese invasion to Nusantara during the trading become popular in Nusantara. Aside from it, this museum also holds the story of Chinese during the tragedy of 1998. Benteng Heritage has become a place where Chinese and Tionghoa people pray, it hold a shrine that quite old. Besides of its cultural sites, this museum also a place where outsider can taste the Chinese food blended with Javanese flavor. Among the other place, Benteng Heritage hold the oldest story of Chinese and their history, a perfect place to learn.

In my time line, I am planning to go to the museum twice before the documentation, and also I would like to get some history footages from museum arsip nasional. The reason is I would like to enrich the information so I can get the story better and not wrong side. In the documentation, I would like to visit the Benteng for about 4 times and its all documenting the site and the people. There will be two weeks left for the editing and finishing.
