Visitation 1 (19 September 2015)

The place is not really far from the train station, about few meters more we can reach this place. The place is located in the middle of the market and it stink! However, upon entering the museum, I can see the whole aura of Chinese and the culture. I have to purchase tickets which is cost 20.000 rupiah (it the data from their site, they mention 10.000 payment for students, but I do not understand why they charged me 10.000 extra). I do take picture of the entrance of the building. However, after entering the museum, no more pictures allowed. It is sacred and historical place. Nothing must be touched, a restrict instruction and many more. The biggest issue I encountered were, I cannot get any video footages and cannot done my interview, unless I asked for permission to the center of the museum through email. I also cannot take any picture neither video or even have some chit chat with the guide. Thankfully, one guide who is a man want to help to get footages as long as I have my permission letter on me. I do doubt about the lighting because in the room area, the place is quite dark and light is not really bright, they seem like dim light.

At the end, what I need will be a legal permission letter so I can get a better footages for my documentary, and they will not reject my request anymore.
